When will my order be delivered?

If you are living in the delivery area, you have been able to choose this shipping option by ticking it in the checkout section. If you are unsure which shipping option you have chosen, check on your automatic email you have received after you have placed your order and it says the type of shipping you have chosen.

All MK postcodes are delivered every Wednesday afternoon. The cut off is Tuesday 12am. If the delivery day is already full, you will receive an email to let you know.

 

How is my order prepared?

With the current situation, we are taking all the precaution to prepare your order with clean hands and all surfaces are sanitized. For all orders, delivered and collection, we pack dry foods in paper bags and label them. For liquids, if you get a home delivery, you have to leave your cleaned and empty containers on your doorstep Wednesday at lunchtime; if you do a click and collect from the shop, for liquids you bring your cleaned and empty bottles with you, we will refill them straight away.

 

How is my order delivered?

We do only contactless deliveries. We wear mask for our deliveries, we leave your box on your doorstep and ring the bell or knock the door and step back 2m for you to be able to open the door and pick up your shopping.

 

How do I know if I can get delivered to my home?

Go onto our online shopping and select your first item to put in your basket, then you can go in your basket, at the bottom of the basket you can put your postcode to check if we deliver your area. If you’re in the delivery area, it will let you tick this shipping option at the bottom of your basket (we deliver all MK postcodes every Wednesday). If you’re out of the delivery area, the system will tell you so and it will offer you the next day click&collect option.

 

How the click and collect option works?

You do your shopping online as normal, at the bottom of your basket when you enter your postcode the system will offer you the click and collect option or a delivery if you're in the delivery area, you choose click and collect from the shop. Your collection day is automatically the next day you have placed your order. You will receive an automatic email when your order is packed and ready to collect (check your spams). If you have ordered any liquids (cleaning products, body products, apple cider vinegar, hand gel sanitiser), you have to bring your clean and empty bottles with you for us to refill.

 

Is the full range available online?

Yes, you can do your normal shopping as you used to do in the shop. All dry foods, spices, herbs, nuts, seeds, snacks, cleaning products, toiletries and accessories are available to purchase on our online shop.
